3.2 No physical goods are shipped.
3.3 Access to digital products is provided via download link or digital delivery after successful payment.
4. Contract Formation
4.1 Product listings constitute an invitation to purchase and do not represent a binding offer.
4.2 By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or a similar button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
4.3 The contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and access to the digital product is granted.
4.4 Order confirmations and download access are provided electronically.
5. Prices and Payment

7. Refunds and Digital Goods Policy
7.1 Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once download access has been send to your mail address.
