3. Products and Nature of Service

3.1 All products offered on teachlessons.us are digital goods, including but not limited to PDF files, worksheets, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
3.2 No physical goods are shipped.
3.3 Access to digital products is provided via download link or digital delivery after successful payment.

4. Contract Formation

4.1 Product listings constitute an invitation to purchase and do not represent a binding offer.
4.2 By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or a similar button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
4.3 The contract is formed once payment is successfully processed and access to the digital product is granted.
4.4 Order confirmations and download access are provided electronically.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Prices are exclusive of applicable sales taxes, which may be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
5.3 Payment is due immediately at checkout.

6. License and Permitted Use

6.3 Materials may not be:

  • Shared publicly online

  • Uploaded to shared drives or platforms

  • Resold, redistributed, or sublicensed

  • Used for commercial redistribution

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Refunds and Digital Goods Policy

7.1 Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once download access has been send to your mail address.

8. Voluntary Satisfaction Policy

8.3 At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A refund, or

  • A store credit

9. Content Creation & Use of AI

9.1 Our educational materials are created by qualified educators and may be supported by modern digital tools, including artificial intelligence.
9.2 By purchasing, you acknowledge that AI-assisted tools may be part of the content creation process.
9.3 The use of AI in content creation does not constitute grounds for refund, complaint, or contract termination.
9.4 Sources and educational references are disclosed where applicable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.2 We make no guarantees that the materials will meet specific curriculum standards in every U.S. state or district.
10.3 We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Curriculum alignment decisions made by users

11.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

All content, designs, texts, and materials remain the intellectual property of stifo unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable U.S. federal or state law remain unaffected.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
