1. Delivery Method

All products sold on teachlessons.us are digital educational resources.
No physical goods are shipped.

After successful payment, digital products are delivered via:

  • Direct download, and/or

  • Access through a secure download link

Delivery is considered complete once access to the digital product has been provided.


2. Shipping Costs

Since teachlessons.us offers digital-only products, no shipping or delivery fees apply.


3. Geographic Availability

Digital products are available to customers worldwide, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


4. Payment & Access

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

  • Access to digital products is granted only after successful payment.


5. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are delivered digitally:

  • Returns are not possible.

  • Refunds are generally not provided once access or download has been granted.

This policy aligns with standard U.S. practice for digital content.

6. Fraud Prevention

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders, and

  • Refund any outstanding amounts immediately

This applies regardless of download status.


7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, please contact support@stifo.de.
We will assist you promptly in restoring access. Technical issues alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.


8. No Physical Shipping

teachlessons.us does not offer physical delivery.
Any references to shipping or delivery relate exclusively to digital access.
