Because we sell digital educational resources that are delivered instantly, this Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

2. Digital Products

All products sold at teachlessons.us are digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, lesson plans, worksheets, curriculum bundles).
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are generally not provided.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods

After successful purchase and payment, you will receive:

  • A download link

  • Or direct access to your digital product

Delivery is considered complete once access/download is provided.

4. No Standard Refund for Digital Downloads

Because digital products can be copied instantly, the following applies:

Once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted, refunds are not issued.

5. Exceptions – Goodwill Review

While refunds are not guaranteed, we offer a voluntary Goodwill Review for certain circumstances:

  • You cannot access your product due to technical issues, or

  • The product is materially different from its description

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • A correction or replacement file, or

  • A refund or store credit at our discretion

6. How to Request a Review

To request a refund or replacement, please email support@stifo.de with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

7. No Refunds After 7 Days

Requests after 7 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for refund or credit under this policy.

8. Technical Access Issues

If you experience trouble downloading or accessing files:

  • Check your internet connection

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Contact support with screenshots if possible

Technical assistance does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will help you access your files.

9. License Use Complaints

Disagreement with how a product is used, interpreted, or applied in your classroom does not qualify for a refund.

Licensing terms and permitted use are provided with each product and must be accepted at purchase.

10. Currency and Taxes

Refunds (if granted) will be issued in the same currency used to make the purchase, less any taxes that were paid.
