Quick answer

The Elementary Math Practice & Warm-Up Bundle ($34.99; the parts cost $50.92 separately) gives homeschool families printable practice for Grades 1–4: seven packs covering numbers, operations, shapes, place value, measurement and decimals, plus a Math Warm-Up Bundle. It works as extra practice beside your main math program. It is not a complete curriculum, and no claim is made that it meets any state homeschool requirement.

The real problem

The practice gap in homeschool math

Most homeschool math programs teach a concept well and then move on faster than a child can absorb it. A lesson on place value is followed by a handful of problems, and the next day the book has moved to something new. Parents notice the gap a few weeks later, when their child stalls on a problem that depends on the skill that never quite settled. Finding extra practice is harder than it sounds. Free worksheets online are uneven in quality, rarely come with answer keys, and jump between levels. Families with two or three children at different grades face the problem several times over, buying a separate practice book for each child and hoping it matches what their main program teaches. There is also the morning question: what does a child do while the parent is helping a sibling with reading? A short, familiar math page they can do alone is often the answer, but only if it is pitched right. Too hard and the child waits for help; too easy and it becomes busywork.

Why it fits

Why the bundle fits a homeschool week

One purchase covers four grade levels, so it adapts as children grow and when you teach more than one.

  • Seven packs from Grade 1 to Grade 4 let each sibling practice at their own level from one purchase.
  • Topic-focused packs make it easy to add practice exactly where your main program moved too fast.
  • Warm-ups give a child a short independent task while you work with another child.
  • Answer keys mean you can check work quickly, even when you are teaching several subjects.
  • The multiply, divide and measure pack adds hands-on measurement practice to number work.
  • Grade 4 place value to decimals offers a next step when a child finishes their grade-level pack.

Getting started

Fitting it into your homeschool routine

A suggested way to use the bundle beside your main program. Nothing here is a set schedule; adjust to your family's rhythm.

  1. Match each child to a packLook through the packs and pick a starting point for each child based on what they can do now, not their age. Starting slightly easy builds confidence.
  2. Warm-ups to start math timeBegin each math session with a short warm-up page. It settles the child and gives you a quick read on whether yesterday's skill stuck. Keep it calm and brief.
  3. Practice after each new conceptWhen your main program introduces a skill, add a few pages from the matching pack over the next days. Spread practice out instead of doing it all at once.
  4. Independent work for siblingsWhile you teach one child, give another a page they already know how to do. Keep pages at a level they can finish without help.
  5. Review every few weeksReturn to earlier pages now and then for mixed review. Use the answer keys to spot skills that faded and need another short round. Celebrate what your child has kept.

What to buy

What to buy for your homeschool

If you have children across Grades 1–4, or one child you will teach through several of these years, the full bundle at $34.99 is good value; the eight parts would cost $50.92 bought separately. If you only need extra practice for one grade this year, a single pack is cheaper. For an older child working on percentages or money math, the Everyday & Financial Math Bundle ($49.99) starts at Grade 7, and the Algebra Foundations Bundle ($59.99) starts at Grade 5. Honest limits

Limits homeschool families should know

This bundle is practice, not a complete homeschool math curriculum. It does not include teaching scripts, a scope and sequence, record-keeping forms or grades, and it makes no claim about meeting your state's homeschool laws, portfolio rules or testing requirements. Check those requirements yourself. It also does not cover every elementary topic. You print the pages and add manipulatives if you use them. The licence covers use in your own homeschool; co-ops sharing it should message Teach Lessons first. You can exchange it within 7 days for store credit of equal value if it is not a fit.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Does this meet my state's homeschool math requirements?

No claim is made that it meets any state homeschool law, portfolio, credit or testing requirement, and it carries no endorsement. It is practice material written for Grades 1–4. Check your state's requirements directly and treat this bundle as practice alongside your main math program.

Can I use it as my only math program?

It is not designed for that. The packs give practice and review but do not teach concepts step by step with lessons and explanations. Most families use it beside a main program to add practice where that program moves quickly, or to review over summer before the next level starts.

Can I use it for more than one child?

Yes, within your own family homeschool. The bundle spans Grades 1–4, so siblings at different levels can each use their own pack. Sharing files with other families is not permitted under the licence. That makes the bundle useful over several years too, because a younger sibling can work through the Grade 1 and Grade 2 packs after an older child has moved on.

We are part of a co-op. Can I use it in a co-op class?

Teaching a group outside your own family goes beyond the standard licence. Send Teach Lessons a short message before buying and describe the co-op setting to ask about use with a group. Mention the number of families and children involved so the answer fits your situation.

How do I know which pack fits my child?

Look at the topic of each pack, such as numbers to 100 or place value to decimals, and try a page or two. If your child finishes easily and correctly, move up; if they need constant help, move down. Grade labels are a guide, not a rule.

How do I get the files?

After checkout you receive a download link by email, and the files stay in your customer account under Orders. You can print whenever you need new pages. Because there is no shipping, you can try a few pages with each child the same day and adjust their starting pack if needed.
