Why teachers use these

Why teachers in Singapore use these

Between weighted assessments, CCA duty and level meetings, the department's shared drive rarely holds the one worksheet you need at the level you need it. These units come with the practice already tiered, so a Secondary 2 class posted across G1, G2 and G3 can work on the same concept in the same period. The worked answers matter too, because pupils here mark a great deal of their own work and a clear solution teaches more than a bare answer line.

What's covered

What each download includes

Every unit is a complete teaching set, not a single practice sheet.

  • Tiered practice on four levels
  • Editable PowerPoint teaching slides
  • Fully worked answer keys
  • Lesson plan with timings
  • Printable and digital versions

Make it work for everyone

Differentiation and gathering evidence

The four practice levels let you stretch the top of a class without leaving the weaker pupils stuck on one page for forty minutes. Keep the marked sheets as part of your weighted assessment evidence, or reissue the harder tier as a topical revision set in the run-up to the semestral examination.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Are these approved by MOE?

No, and we do not claim otherwise. Nothing on this site is endorsed by the Ministry of Education or by SEAB. The units are written to the concepts and skills the syllabuses cover, so they line up with most schemes of work. Check the current syllabus document before you use a set as examination practice.

Do the maths units use bar models and heuristics?

The primary and lower secondary problem-solving material works through pictorial representation before symbols, so bar models appear wherever they help. Because the slides are editable, you can swap in the exact heuristic your level is teaching that term, or delete a representation your pupils have already outgrown.

Can I upload these to my class learning space?

You can put a copy in your own class group for your own pupils, which is what the licence covers. Do not post files on a public site or pass the editable version outside your classes. If the whole level team wants copies, buy a licence for each teacher.
