Virtual & Online School Teaching Resources

Teaching online means every task has to survive being uploaded, opened on a Chromebook and finished without you standing beside anyone. These units come in printable and digital versions and stay editable in Word and PowerPoint.

Resources that fit

Units that upload cleanly

Digital literacy and computer science units that work in a course shell as well as in a live session; tap any cover for the full preview, contents and price.

Why teachers use these

Why virtual school teachers use these

Online rosters churn. A student enrolls in week nine and needs the whole unit as a package, not a series of live sessions they already missed. Because each download holds slides, tiered tasks, a lesson plan and answer keys, you can post the entire sequence in your course shell and still teach it live to the students who show up. One file set serves both, which is how asynchronous teaching stays sustainable.

What's covered

What is inside each download

You get the teaching and the independent work in one file set, which is what a course shell actually needs.

  • Editable slides for live lessons
  • Worksheets at four levels
  • Digital and printable versions
  • Answer keys for self-checking
  • Lesson plan with timings

Make it work for everyone

Differentiation and evidence at a distance

Without a room to read, you need the work itself to tell you what a student understood. Assign the middle tier by default, then move individuals up or down quietly as submissions come in. Releasing an answer key as a self-check after the deadline cuts the volume of asynchronous email more than any policy statement will.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Will these work in Google Classroom or Canvas?

Yes. The files are ordinary Word and PowerPoint, so you can attach them as they are, convert them to Docs and Slides, or export a PDF for students working from a phone. There is no app to install and nothing depends on a particular learning management system, which matters when your district changes platforms.

How do I handle students with poor internet at home?

That is the main reason each unit ships with a printable version. Families can print the packet at the start of a unit and work offline, then submit photographs of completed pages. Post the slide deck as a PDF as well, since it downloads far more reliably than a large presentation file on a weak connection.

Is there any video included?

No. These are documents and slide decks, not video courses. Most virtual teachers screen-share the editable deck during a live session and record that themselves, which keeps the voice and the pacing yours rather than a stranger's. The lesson plan supplies the timings so a recorded session does not overrun.
